1 ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Working with Tenants: all the tenants we work with are asked to sign a Data Consent Form which sets out in detail the personal data we collect and who it could be shared with. The content of the form is discussed with the tenant to ensure that they fully understand what they are signing and can therefore give their informed consent.
Working with Partners: for people or organisations who express an interest in working with us, or finding out more about our work, we will record the name of the person and/or organisation, telephone number and email address of the individual providing that data.
We want to make sure that your information is accurate and up to date and are very happy to remove or amend any information that you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we either delete or restrict our processing of your personal data. We will advise on the process on any such requests. You also have the right to lodge any complaint about the way in which we handle your data with the Office of the Information Commissioner.

2 VISITORS TO OUR WEBSITE
Google analytics
When someone visits www.soarworks.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.
We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

This privacy notice does not cover the links within this site linking to other websites. Those sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy, and if you have questions about how a site uses your information, you’ll need to check that site’s privacy statement.
