OFFICE UNITS

Our office units start from £16.50 per sqft, and come in a range of sizes; from starter offices suitable for 2-3 people to a larger office for up to 20 people.

Heat, light and power are all included within the rent for office units.

Broadband, phone and bureau services are also available. Cleaning services can be arranged for a reasonable cost.

Artist studio space, two women working on quilting projects. The room has a table with materials on, and some desks lining the wall for sewing machines and other materials. Quilts and tapestries are displayed on the walls.

STUDIO UNITS

Our studio units start from £10.50 per sqft.

Studio units include a water supply (paid separately).

Broadband, phone and bureau services are also available. Cleaning services can be arranged for a reasonable cost.

INDUSTRIAL UNITS

Our industrial units start from £10.50 per sqft.

Industrial units have a separate shutter entrance/exit leading on to the back car park.
They also include a water supply (paid separately).

Broadband, phone and bureau services are also available. Cleaning services can be arranged for a reasonable cost.

VIRTUAL TENANCIES

We also offer virtual tenancy services at SOAR Works.

This is a package of business administration that allows you to establish a presence at SOAR Works Enterprise Centre giving you a premier business address without the additional expense of paying office rent.

This starts from £17.50 per month +VAT
depending on the package you choose.

CO-WORKING SPACES

Our Atrium offers space for co-working at a laptop bar or sofa area.

We can offer you a warm space, free WiFi and access to hot drinks (charged).
