Meeting / Conference Rooms

SOAR Works has excellent meeting and event facilities.

We have three meeting rooms available for up to 10 people, and also a 1-2-1 room. Each room has a range of conferencing tools included.

The conference room, which is equipped with the latest audio-visual technology, can host up to 40 people theatre style or 30 people if boardroom style is preferred. It is at the top of the building (accessible by lift) with a fully glazed external wall, offering great views over north Sheffield.
Discounts are available for block bookings.

Atrium Event Space

On the ground floor of SOAR Works there is an open plan, double height atrium area. It is an ideal space for larger events such as product launches, informal receptions, networking events or social gatherings.

It is furnished with sofas, tables and chairs, free WiFi, and even a café (between 10am and 2pm).

Presentation Equipment / Catering / Event Management

SOAR Works is a fully accessible building with on-site visitor parking, disabled spaces and plentiful adjacent on-street parking. There is lift access to all floors.

Our conference room has an interactive white board with projector, you can also have access to a laptop or projector. Meeting room 3 has Web Collaboration with video conferencing facilities. Internet access is available in all meeting areas.

Our helpful, professional staff will help your event run smoothly. We can provide meetings and events with refreshments and buffets to suit all budgets.
